Hey there! As a small, mother-and-daughter-run boutique, we’re all about making sure you love what you get. Since we’re not a giant retailer with endless resources, we offer store credit for returns rather than refunds.
Think of it as our way of saying, “We want you to find something else you’ll adore!” Thanks for understanding and supporting our small business—you truly make it all worth it!
If you receive your order and it is not working for you, you can return your unused item(s) within 7 days of receipt of your items (except for the items noted below) for a store credit only. All shipping costs (Original and Return) are non-refundable.
Please send us an email prior to returning any items so that we know to expect a package. We ask that you include your original packing slip in your return and pack your items in the original packaging. We can't always guarantee that your item will come back to us safely, so please make sure you use a return method that you can track and add shipping insurance on your return package. Once we receive your package and determine the item is unused, you will receive a store credit for the amount of your item or items.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your online order arrives damaged, please send an email with photos of the item and the box it came in to info@nestingshomedecor.com along with your name and order number within 7 days of receiving the item. We will email you back with information regarding a replacement or a full credit if the item is no longer available.
Please note - due to the nature of some of our found items, each piece is unique and displays the natural markings and imperfections that comes with age and use. Rust, chips, fading, and markings are customary characteristics of our found vintage pieces. These items are not returnable.
