Trimmings I Decor Mould™ on Mirror

First we used the Iron Orchid Designs Trimmings I Decor Mould™ with the Air Dry Clay and added the mould around the edges of an old mirror. While the clay was still wet, we carefully painted over the mould and mirror frame with Graphite Chalk Paint®. Once the clay was dry, we added a light layer of Clear Wax. To finish, we mixed Dark Wax and Bright Gold Gilding Wax by Annie Sloan to give the mould a brass color. This mixture was applied with a detail brush.
